"Ordered after 5 on a Thursday for overnight delivery. Spent over $300. Christmas was Sunday. Thought I'd get the order Friday. I emailed customer service when it didn't show and they said I missed the cutoff time for shipping so it would be shipped Tuesday. I understand their shipping hours were adjusted because of the holiday but they didn't post anywhere on the website when the cutoff time was and it let me pay for overnight shipping. The order came Wednesday. I'm disappointed that I was charged $83.69 for overnight delivery and I got my order nearly a week later. I know it was a holiday and beyond their control but I should have been informed of when I would be receiving it and I should never have been allowed to pay for overnight shipping. Not to mention my Christmas gift to my boyfriend was given days late. "

"we love our gaggiao titanium super automatic. they called to check the shipping address and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be.
i wanted some help with some of the settings and the technician was nice, extremely knowledgeable about the product as she owned one herself, and here is the kicker, instead of trying to rush me off the phone asap, she had me go through some of the settings to tell me how they worked, and some tricks to preheat your cups to super hot before you make your coffee.
