"I ordered some cleaning tablets - which are small, like a deck of playing cards. The shipping was super saver (~$8). The package arrived the size large enough to handle a size 6 pair of shoes. It was stuffed with paper and the small item was buried to a point that I had to un-bundle the stuffing completely. Packaging seems wasteful, when it could have been shipped USPS Priority in a much smaller format and maybe even cheaper.

"The machine arrived in new condition and 1 day earlier than expected! It took some time to read the instructions and figure everything out. Really happy with how easy it is to make latte and cap. now! Still have to spend some time learning the more specialized feature of the machine. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars it that I have yet to need Whole Latte Love's customer service. Have seen mixed reviews with customer service regarding replacement or broken machines. Mine worked terrific right out of the box. Once I figured it out. But the Gaggia is wonderful and I am happy with my purchase. The Gaggia Prestige does exactly what I hoped it would do. Totally meets my high expecations."
