Package arrived within two days, shipped same, I had to call in to verify purchase but for a heavy order no big deal, okay with that.
The tamper that ships with the product is cheap plastic and doesn't fit the portafilter, seems like it's 2mm off. I ordered a 58mm tamper in stainless from luvao within hours of playing around with it and it seems to perfectly fit the filter - there is no tamping, you set it in and put about five pounds of pressure and that's it. If it doesn't tamp right you either didn't fill it enough or it's overfill, and the convex angle will make it obvious.
It may sound silly but for a 1000+ order I kinda feel an extra $20 purchase would seem unecessary, that's the only gripe I have, but otherwise very happy with my purchase. The extra frother was thoughtful, but the tamper stinks.
