"Call me old school, but imagine that you have someone (in this case me) that's been bounding all over your site, and running comparisons, and finally making a decent sized purchase, only to realize it was not enough machine. I wanted to recreate the order, and more than double my initial purchase to over $2500. The lukewarm response and complete lack of any action meant to resolve the problem and help me get the machine that i needed left me feeling irrelevant. I have since chosen to keep the original device and forego any changes. And all this started over a week ago, when I asked for 2nd Day Delivery, and still have no idea if or when or which machine might show up one day on my front porch.

They do keep a good stock of equipment and products, and maintain an abundant inventory of Sale items. Prices are usually either the lowest or else they offer price matching. I can't speak to their track record until after it comes tomorrow (maybe.) Despite the unfiattering review, I remain a loyal visitor to the site, and will inevitably be purchasing from them in the future. With their strong dedication to coffee and coffee machines and accessories, I owe them another shot, to maybe even a doppio."
