"When my Expobar began not delivering the expected thin "tail" of espresso, I began diagnosing probable causes, but it wasn't until I called WLL that my problem was solved. Tracy in CS walked me through diagnostic steps that I would not have guessed via chat. When that didn;t really resolve the questions SHE called me back on the phone and discovered that my pressurestsat was probably the problem.

This kind of customer service for a $45 dollar part deserves a special Mahalo from this happy Hawaiian boy.
