"I ordered two Gaggia Pure's and one had a brew group gasket problem which required replacement (thus the work of taking the machine internals out and replacing the group). Overall I'm very pleased with the customer support and quick follow-up to all emails and phone calls. The new machines have some improvements from my original two Gaggia Classic Espresso machines: they don't leak once the boiler heats up (from the brew group), and the stainless boiler doesn't have the o-ring gasket that the aluminum one had (which led to a leak there too)."
