"Brian has been terrible. We were charged baggage fees at the gate to be paid in cash in Italy though Brian assured us baggage was included. He has done nothing to help recover our $85 but he did send me a travel voucher with another clients' name on it with no explanation. He is unavailable by phone. Totally unprofessional and I am surprised we even got flights for our money with him being so evasive after the fact."
