"We received this product badly damaged with what appeared to be forklift marks (box of 25 sheets, not on a pallet). Majority of the sheets damaged. Much to their credit, Wholesale Arts and Frames quickly and happily refunded for the damaged portion.

However, in my opinion, the product is misrepresented as listed:

"Laminated both sides with white alpha-cellulose virgin pulp acid free,lignin free paper, providing a smooth surface and clean cuts. Perfect for all general mounting applications as well as die-cutting and embossing. 3/16" thick ,White both sides. The highest quality option."

The product is actually flimsy and dents easily. When you pull a cutter across it it leaves a sheen mark. I was expecting a rag-type finish ("highest quality option"), but it is like a sprayed-on kaolin finish (magazine-like) with an extremely thin paper matrix.

I made it work for a deadline project, and it may be suitable for some uses, but I’ll be using something else for art mounting."
