"Purchased a set of chess supplies : Bag, pieces, board and clock. The pieces and board came through AS ADVERTISED. However, the bag that was sent to me was clearly the incorrect bag, as it was not the one pictured -- it does not contain a solid black interior with PADDED compartments AS STATED on their page in the specific description. I contacted them and at first they were clearly helpful and stated in an email chain that I will be glad to provide that they would send a new bag out right away. I was then asked to send a photo of the incorrect bag I received. I obliged. Regretfully, it became apparent they no longer wished to help me and actually asked me if I ordered the wrong bag. This is not a possibility, as one can only order the entire set as a whole, which I did...and which was supposed to contain ALL ELSE as pictured AND described. I find it appalling how blatantly misleading this is. I also find it rather interesting that EVERY SINGLE ITEM received was as pictured and described. It is not for me to say if or who messed up when packing the materials for the shipment. This is not right though...of that I am certain."

"Bought 90 analogue clocks from the UK store and they started to fail after about two hours of use. Some would not work at all, others could not be stopped from ticking. They refused to give a refund (or even swap them and let us pay for an upgrade to digital ones). Bad product and dodgy customer service. They boast about their low prices but I would rather have paid more for stuff that was actually usable!"

"In my experience of online shopping it is the first time someone was that rude. If you are ordering with a foreign card, they will first charge it and then ask for additional information, as the front and a back side with a photo id. This seems as a fraud itself for me, despite whatever they are asking the security information for. The policy is not mentioned on the website and the customer support hangs up, leaving no answer."

"This is my second order, first was excellent very fast shipment, 2nd order - some items was on backorder(computer glitch). Calledthem...customer service was excellent, all items was shipped same day. Price and service is great, highly recommended!"
