"I brought a TV on 12/14/2019 it became defective 11/12/2019. I contacted WHOLESALE CONNECTION for service and was told to contact BOLVA TV. BOLVA in turn directed me to contact WHOLE CONNECTION. The point i am making is after 30 days they will not honor the warranty that clearly states that retailer is responsible for service and replacement within the 1 year period."

"They can't decide if an item is used or new. The item I bought was advertised as new/open box. When it didn't work, it became used (their definition) When I returned it it became new again even though it did not work. This is important because of warranty coverage. Customer service is literally nonexistent. Replies to e-mail is robotic and doesn't even address the question asked. Very frustrating. These people are obviously not customer service centered. They sell re-furbished or non-working electronics as new. Return policy is a joke and expecting to get any help from them is not going to happen. Steer clear of this place unless you like to be cheated. "
"We had no idea we were dealing with this company when we ordered a TV through Walmart. This company did not ship the item and after weeks of waiting for a shipping date we cancelled the order. They then want to charge us shipping of $150 for an item never shipped that was advertised as free shipping. Shame on Walmart for dealing with this dishonest firm. "

I have emailed and received an RA number for a return but because it was defective I was told to call for the return and still nothing and now it is past the eligible return date so I am stuck and will not be doing any more business with them! "There is no reason to purchase from this lousy company. If you buy directly from Walmart you have more assurance that you are getting a good deal and a good return if you need to. Walmart gives you 90 days, even if it's out of a box. WC gives you 30 days with no apology.

"I ordered a product for christmas delivery. Two days later (when I could have bought the product elsewhere) I call to check on the status and I am told that the product is out of stock. I asked the person on the phone when they were goin to notify me about this. He just told me that he was surprised I hadn't been told. I will never use them again. "
"Placed order on Thursday evening and recieved order summary with instructions that it should ship within 1-2 business days. On the 3rd business day I noticed that the product I ordered was now out of stock. I called their support number and was told that the order did not go through their system correctly. He said they got the order notification but no data had transferred through so they couldn't contact me about the problem. I'm not sure how that could have happened since my email had all the correct order information. So this was either a bad computer glitch or just plain poor service, and in any case there are enough other sites out there that I won't be trying these guys again."

"I ordered a Sony 30-inch HDTV (Model KD-30sx955) late on a Tuesday. I received a call from the shipper on Thursday to set up a delivery time the following Monday. The delivery actually arrived earlier than expected on Mopnday, which fortunately was not a big problem.
The salesman told me that it was the last one tyey had and that the box was slightly dented. I appreciated the honesty, and after looking all over to find this model, I decided to take a chance. The box did have a slight dent, but the TV was in perfect, new condition. I did not receive an e-mail confirmation as I requested, but I did get a phone call, so I'm not complaining. It works very well and I'm happy with the purchase and the experience."
