"The B&k Probe you showed in the picture was out of the package. I could make out some of the white wrighting on its side.
The probe you sent me was packaged in what looked like original factory package but faded as if in a store window. So I thought it was new. When I took it out of the stapled package I could see that not only was it NOT new, but had what looks like soldering iron burns on the cable in two places. One of then burns thru the shielding cable. Theres no sense in complaing because this shows your dishonest already!! "
