The company has gone out of their way to clarify any issues, concerns, and the delayed delivery date that I must have missed. This attention is extraordinary especially for on-line venders. "I was looking for 50A bridge rectifier I searched through Google shopping,and I found it in several companies with different prices.The price was lower in Wholesale Electronics,and I found brand name rectifier NTE.

Always some apprenhension with a first time purchase from an online vendor but seeing the ResellerRatings reference was a plus. The part shipped the same day of the order along with a confirmation email with the order number and UPS tracking number. Received the part 4 days later as promised. The only thing I didn't like was not being given the opportunity to view and print out the final order, where instead, I was abruptly taken back to the order page after submitting the order which left me wondering if the order had gone through. After about 8 minutes waiting in limbo I finally received a confiration email."
