"We bought a Burbank sectional sofa and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The company that delivered it was fine. The sectional itself is amazing. So comfy. The staff was easy to work with and kept us informed of the process. In particular the shipping process. We got a tracking number and before delivery got a phone call from a delivery company to set up a date and time for delivery. Everything went as planned. I would recommond Wholesale Furniture Brokers and the Burbank sectional."
"We ordered bunk beds last July. They arrived and I have to say the delivery men were very good. They called an hour before arriving and brought the boxes inside (running my very pregnant belly might have helped) We checked the bed pieces over as advised to check for damages. Two of the rails /pieces were broken. We were sent replacements shortly after. I should have known that that this bed was poor quality and bad workmanship .
Three months later the bed rail (thankfully the bottom rail) broke!! Called and e-mailed photos, telling them that I want to return the bed as it makes me nervous that the top rail will brake) no can do a week later replacement piece. To cut a long story short less then a year later We recycled the bed due to many breaking pieces and rude, unhelpful Customer service."
"I ordered a sectional sofa from Wholesale Furniture Brokers in June not too sure of the quality of their products. I previously read few reviews on-line from customers that were not really happy with their experience. Despite these few negative reviews (happy customers are usually the silent majority in my opinion) I decided to take my chances and ordered the sofa. The order process was easy. I received a confirmation and a delivery scheduled date via e-mail (It took roughly 2 weeks between the order and the delivery due to some delay since I had to confirm my purchase with PayPal for security reason) . The day before the scheduled date I received a phone call from the delivering company to confirm the date, address and also to advise that the sofa would be delivered between 2 and 5pm. Next day, at 4pm the delivery man was there with the sofa very well wrapped up. I did not take the extra for the set up (additional $299 for the full service) therefore I had to set the feet up and put the sofa together which took me 30 minutes or so. The sofa is matching exactly what was on Wholesale Furniture Brokers (description, sizes and pictures). For a fraction of the price compared to the furniture stores I went to, I have a beautiful leather sofa that match my needs. Since I did not experience any problem I did not have to used their customer service therefore I cannot comment on it.
Overall, I'm a very happy customer who will not hesitate to order again from Wholesale Furniture Brokers and recommend them to other people."
"For Christmas I would have purchased a set of bunkbeds for my grandson. I looked everywhere and just couldn't find a nice set ....well a nice set that was reasonably priced anyway. So I went on line and found Wholesale Furniture Brokers out of BC. They had just what I was looking for and the price was excellent and they had free shipping. Well as it turned out to ship all the way to NS there was a cost (I found this annoying at first) but after re-reading the site the free shipping advertised went only to Ontario. So it cost me an extra $100 but still the price was still way better than what I found around here.
The set arrived in record time and it sat in the original boxes in my garage for 5 to 6 weeks unopened until Christmas. I got many emails from the company looking for me to confirm that all arrived and did in good order. Which I ignored.....just too busy to inspect I guess.
So a day or two before Christwas my son in law started putting the beds together and the side rail for the top bunk was broken. He fixed it the best he could but overall the integrity of the bed was still compromised. I contacted Wholesale Furniture and sent pictures.
Even though eligibility for their warranty was conditioned on you acknowledging that any defects, damage, etc had to be identified in 5 days of receipt of the merchandize they did not hesitate in honoring the warranty. About a week later a new bed rail arrived by Puralator - free of charge and free shipping.
Gotta say I was very impressed! To reiterate they didn't hesitate to take ownership of this issue. The boxes sat in my garage for the 5 or 6 weeks I had them before Christmas. And while I know that they were well protected and the damage to the piece more than likely occurred during shipping....there was no way they could have known that and yet they took my word for it and honored the warranty. It definitely proved to me they are an honorable business to deal with ...haven't seen that for awhile.

"I ordered a bunk bed for my daughters. Upon arrival I opened the boxes on my curb, (yes on my curb!) and realized that pieces were broken and the unbroken ones had a very low quality of workmanship. I ordered this product because after shopping around from local store was slightly cheaper. I will NEVER do that again! A bed is a very basic woodwork product. There were nails sticking out on the side of the stairs that my kids were going to climb up!! I refused receiving the product on the spot. They charged me $380 for return shipping cost as well as didn't take back a couple of mattress protectors because they were final sale! Overall $600 out of my pocket for nothing. I really wish I had googled "Wholesale Furniture Brokers Reviews" BEFORE I made my purchase. There are tonnes of complaints about these scammers."
"I ordered $5000+ of furniture on Aiguat 4 and two months later I'm still waiting. What they did send me was 15 boxes weighing over 200 lbs each on my curb. I couldn't even carry the boxes in let alone build the furniture. I had to pay someone to carry and build as I couldn't even lift a single box. Then, they messed up and sisnr send all the right pieces.

Who is absolutely worthless and seriously rude. She's made no effort to help w any of the issues and is quite obnoxious. The last time I callwd she refused to transfer me to a superior and said that no one can help me. No one at their company is there to help me with this matter.
Lastly, I've made arrangements twice for my furniture to be shipped white glove delivery. The people they use to deliver have cancelled once with notification and last Friday, they were a no call no show after taking the day off of work. I even called them after they were supposed to be at my house and was ensured that my delivery would arrive before 6 PM. That's the last I ever heard.
Not only am I getting a lawyer to handle this matter, I am contacting BBB. I don't want any of these items but according to their company return policy, I can't return any of it or will have to pay to shop it all back.
This is the WORST experience I have ever had and I will make sure every single person looking for furniture knows it. Over $5k spent on this garbage!!!!!!!

"I ordered the Madrid Patio set in July 2014. Service was great and got my order within a week. When I unpacked my order, I noticed there were no caps on the bottom of the chairs or love seat, leaving to chance the wicker to unravel. Also there is no support under the love seat so when you sit on it your body sinks in. The worst part was when I sat on the cushions after 10 minutes I got up and they were flat as a pancake and I called WFB, and they said they contacted the supplier and that the cushion were made in China, that they are not a long term solution. Honost to god word for word this is what was said. I asked what long term meant 1day a week.
They told me I could upgrade my cushion to Sunbbrella, sent me an email to pick a color and it would only cost shipping. The shipping was 160.00 . I was not happy to pay another 160.00 towards a cheap set, but I knew these cushions wouldn't last the summer. So I agreed. So they took my credit card and of course billed the 160.15 and two weeks later I get another email saying there was a misunderstanding with their supplier and that the cushions would cost well over 300 plus 160 for shipping.
I told them they charged my credit card, sent me an email as confirmation . That if there was an error they would need to eat it. But of course not the case !!
I asked to return the cheap set, and they said well it is over the return time, but they would see what they could do. I have not heard back. But reading on line I would have to pay the shipping which would cost more than the set is worth. Bottom line, I would never deal with this company again. As they do not honor their word and renege on their promise, even when they have your money and I have proof in an email they would give me the cushions for 160.00. And good luck at getting to talk to a supervisor or manager, maybe there isn't one and that's why they don't care if their customer is happy or not.. A business who does business like this won't be in business for very long

The furniture arrived today exactly on the time booked for the elevator, so the building manager didn't charge any fees for it! It was quickly done, communication is perfect as always!
The delivery guys even helped move one (the biggest) box into apartment as it barely fit in the elevator and through the door! Now it's all assembled and makes our place so comfy!! Here's our late night pic (we had to split the couch for now)

"TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Please please please read the reviews for this company before purchasing through them, or better yet, just don't purchase through them. Same exact situation as Angry!!!!, Laura, and Dave below. I ordered, heard nothing, and a week later inquired. I was told that they "messed up" and got the quantity wrong, so they had to re-submit the order. 1 week lost. Then I waited for my Fedex tracking number, never came. Finally inquired, and they said the shipment was "lost". Can you believe it? Another week lost, then they said that it would take another 1-2 business days to process, then another 5-10 business days to ship. They offered no compensation off the order, so I canceled and took my business to a real company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS!"
