"I've always had a great experience--except for one glaring problem.

Their parts database has a LOT of parts that aren't really available for purchase. These parts are usually discontinued--sometimes many years ago--and are still represented on these sites as being available for purchase.
Some consumers like myself are always looking for hard-to-find parts, hoping to find a NOS part still sitting on a shelf somewhere.
This site(and other GM sites) appear to be using a database that does not reflect actual parts availability--causing a lot of wasted time and failed hopes for consumers. Until this problem is resolved, this site and others like it will NOT be the go-to resource for valid parts information. I hope somebody initiates a fix sometime soon."
