"I am very dissatisfied with the service, due to the fact there was no follow-up information on my order. I ordered several parts at once, one item was on backorder, I was never notified of that until I called. I was trying to give a customer an idea of when his boat would be ready, but it is impossible to do this if they don't let me know one item is backordered. I asked for the rest of the items to be shipped, they did that, I never heard anymore on the last item. I waited a week, and called back to see when it would ship, I was told not in till the following week. This whole time I never received an email in regards to the backordered item, never received a phone call, if I had not called I probably still would not know was backordered, very poor customer service."
