"The only issue that I have is that with both items I have ordered is the option was given to pay for 2-4 day delivery which I paid for both times only to be sent an email later that the item I ordered comes directly from a vender and delivery times will vary per item. Tracking information is not provided on these items. If they can not confirm shipping dates they should not give you this option and charge for a service they know they may not be able to provide. I have been happy with the products I received. "
