"I ordered a pair of waterskis in early December 2013 that showed "in stock" on their website. They immediately billed my credit card via PayPal. I received an email notice that they could not fill the order due to an "inventory discrepency". I called same-day and was informed the product would be available late December or early January. The text on the backorder notice said:

"The item(s) with quantities listed under "Qty Due" will automatically ship to you as soon as it becomes availible. We will notify you at with shipping and tracking information for that item(s)."

I followed up in mid-January, and was told that the product was no-longer available, and they suggested an alternative that was a different length and inferior ski.

They clearly have a major issue tracking and managing backordered items, my suggestion is if you get a backorder from them that you just cancel the order and go somewhere else. These skis were available at other retailers when I placed the order, and I could have gotten them in time to give them to my son for a Christmas present."
