"With one exception, everything was great. The exception was the result of the fact that where we live, people have never been assigned physical addresses, so we are not in the national database of addresses. We use made-up addresses assigned by UPS and FedEx, and have PO Box in town. The Postal Service will not deliver mail to us. Someone at the company checked our address and found that it was not in the database. So, without checking with us, they changed the address to one of our neighbors over a mile away. The items were delivered to our neighbor. Fortunately, the neighbor knows us and brought the items to us the next day. Had they been delivered to a neighbor we do not know, we would never have received the order. Regardless of what we type in on the order form, you should not unilaterally change the address."
