"First, my order arrived in a box that appeared to be packed by a 2 year old! Both ends of the box was torn ppen which resulted in parts missing.

Secondly, your website is very deceiving! I ordered boat guide on rail protectors the pictures indicate that they are RED in color, they arrived in black! My oversight, as I should have read all the very fine print! I WANTED RED!!!!

Lastly, I do a lot of of accessorizing of boats and usually use your competitor, Overtons. I never had a problem with them...shame on me for trying to save a few bucks! This will probably make it as far as the company trash bin!
