"Charged credit card $103.20 when order was only $27. Never received product (Prelief) and told they haven't carried it in years.Will not return emails. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Fighting with credit card company now."
"I live in Sydney Australia and placed my order (including the international freight fee) via the website. My credit card was debited straight away and I received an order confirmation instantly. Two days later I received an email confirmation that my order was shipped and I should expect it in 5 to 10 days. 3 weeks went by with no response so I emailed them and a customer service rep responded and said that it may take a few extra days because it was an international shipment. 1 month went by and nothing, so I emailed the cust service rep again and asked for the consignment note number so I could track he shipment from my end. He said that he was not provided with tracking information. All up I emailed him 10 times and have had 3 replies. In his last email to me he said that he will come back to me on Monday (which was 20 days ago!!), he also mentioned that the shipment could have been seized by customs - I contacted customs and they said that if an import has been seized, a letter would be sent to the recipient (I have not received a letter). I have called the cust service phone number in Massachusetts twice and have left messages quoting my order number and asking for a response and I have heard nothing. I do not think I will ever hear from them again nor do I think I will get a refund."

"Very deceptive business practices. Provided coupon for free shipping at time of order. Invoice showed free shipping as line item however they went ahead and charged me shipping. Customer service was very rude and incompetent, refused to cooperate, ignored my emails. Then I got slammed with spam email from them. Stay away, there are plenty of other companies out there offering more competitive prices and better customer service. Since customer service is so important, I give them a "1" for overall satisfaction."

"i just rated this store as excellent on yahoo ratings, (also known as americasvitaminstore). this was my first purchase here. great price on nature's best perfect rx powder in 20lb pail. called ahead to check availability and was told it was in stock. very pleasant customer srvice. one of the few places to actually have this size in stock. arrived next day. i read the bad review on this site and was slightly worried but since there was only one review and everywhere else i looked they had a good rep so i went ahead and ordered. i am very satisfied and will check back with them when i run out. great job guys."
"After placing an order for EAS nutritional products, they charged me immediately yet never shipped any product or informed me in any way. I called 3 weeks later and they said they didn't have any product. They blamed EAS for being a bad distributor. It took two calls and three Emails before I finally got reinbursed for the cancelled order 4 weeks later. Never will do business with them again! They do not indicate whether they have products in stock and charge you even when they don't. This is unacceptable and this is the worst kind of business of this type I have seen."
