"The sizing for the waste & height was good, but the majority of my teammates (mostly males) have complained that the neck holes are far too small as compared to standard shirts of their size. I've had people tell me they wish they got a size up that they usually do just for the bigger neck hole alone. Some of the guys said they plan to cut slits in the back of the neck for our next game to be able to wear them.
