"So i ordered a flash light for a gift about a week ago (5-13-18) to the USA(NJ). At first i thought this was a scam to be honest with you guys, because they took out the money and didn't send me an email right away like most companies do when i place an order online. I know the company is based out of Europe so I'm sure things are different over there so i decided to give it a few days. About 2 days later i received an email with an order number and tracking number. I went back onto the website to check on tracking and the numbers that they gave me but it did not work. So of course a little panic starts setting in since i did spend a good chunk of change on this gift. As my husband and I try to get a hold of these people (which can be a annoying) we just kept getting the same response with the same tracking number. At this point its almost a week later and nothing still no package or tracking number. But on Monday night (5/21/18) I received a text giving me a tracking number for my order. Now this tracking number was the same that they had given me but it was with the company DHL. Which im not too familiar with since i always use FEDEX or UPS. Instantly it went to the tracking info and i saw that my package was going to be delivered the same day. Not long after (like 30 minutes later ) i get my package in the mail. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the communication from company to client was very slow. So i can understand why people thinks its a scam because for a moment I thought so too. But i received the flash light and my friend LOVES it! So for anyone out there ordering from WickedLasers just check the tracking number with DHL. This is not a scam def a great company with great products!"

"I have bought a Thor M laser at 3watt output from Laser Pointer Store.

The laser pointer itself is truly tremendous. One of the brightest beams I've seen for a 445 mm laser pointer. Sam who works for customer service is absolutely amazing. He answered all of my emails on time and helped me with my purchase. 5 stars out of 5 for sam. I would defenitely recommend it to anybody. And the 3W version is an absolute beast!

"Buyers Beware, I bought an order on wickedlasers.com and the tracking number I received was fake. Credit card that was used in the transaction had to be cancelled as stolen, and had a recent number of unknown purchases. Never buying again at all!"

First of all I strongly believe that at least half of the hate this company gets is due to what has happened in the past, yes the company did fail to keep up with the sudden order spike causing huge delays between purchasing and recieving the unit but that was a very long time ago. It seems that mob mentality is at play here due to people who have never purchased nor tried a Wicked Lasers product saying they hate the company due to delivery times etc...

I have purchased a Nano 100mw and an Arctic Spyder 3.5w laser both with attachments and they have been outstanding.

The customer service is great, they will reply within 24hrs and they will answer anything you ask in the upmost professional manner. They are a fine addition to the team and they do the company proud.

I can admit that prices do seem a little steep but for the quality of the unit and the power you recieve out of the device it becomes quickly justifiable.

If you want a high quality laser with some cool attachments and great customer service shop at Wicked Lasers, what has happened in the past is in the past, the delivery times have become so much better and they deserve a second chance. "

Promised my order would be in the "domestic warehouse" within 1-2 weeks, and then in my hands less than a week after that. I e-mailed after 3 weeks and was told it was in customs. When I demanded a tracking number, I received one the next day... Saying my order had just been shipped from China, and the tracking number is a fake.

I will be reporting this to my credit card company as a fraud on Monday morning,"

"Looks like I should have checked out all these reviews before ordering! I placed an order on Sep. 15, 2015 and cancelled the same day after finding out that it may not be permitted into Canada and if it was confiscated at the border I would not be refunded and there were no guarantees. So I went through the proper channels of emailing to cancel my order, and like several other people on here, have had several emails back and forth but STILL no refund a month and a half later! Extremely poor customer service and processes, starting to make me wonder if they are just a scam company! My bank dispute department has been notified and hopefully I can get my money back that way. "Excitedly ordered my laser and lenses in mid December 2014. End of January I email asking status as it still has not processed. They respond telling me that because of heavy volume it will take till the end of March. End of March they send an email that it shipped and soon I would get a U.S. Tracking number. After several weeks I still had no tracking number. I email again asking what is wrong and they reply the shipment was denied by U.S. Customs and will be refunded. I asked if they could send it to a U.S. Military base to get it through, they said it would take two more months. I asked for my refund and they said it would take two weeks for the refund to post. Three weeks later nothing. Worse service I have ever experienced. Six months later and no product or refund."

"I placed my order on December 1st, it is now April 26th and nothing. Twenty something emails back and forth, not one real answer. Had a tracking number that magically appeared in late January, a day after I sent an aggressive email. Usps never actually received the package the company just created the shipping label. After months it was still no good. Eventually they said it had been "rejected by customs", even though I ordered the torch which doesn't even have a laser. They have supposedly resent it, but it's been over 20 days and still no new tracking number. This company is a joke, and any good reviews are a joke as well.
*UPDATE* I received an email at midnight on 2/26 saying that customs had "seized" my package, and they weren't going to try and resend it. So after more than 5 months of waiting they are refunding my money whether I want it or not. And yes, they took my money immediately without shipment."

I was told it would be a couple more weeks... after a couple more weeks, still nothing... I gave up... they never took the money from my account anyway... then 4 weeks ago i get an email saying they shipped... I check my account and the money has been taken... I start getting excited to get my lasers! The email said to expect a tracking number in 2 - 3 weeks... it never came. today, I see the money has been refunded... no notice or explanation whatsoever from the company... over 5 months of waiting and they can't be bothered to even let me know they can't fulfill my order."

"The more you dig on 'Wicked Lasers' the dirtier your hands will get and eventually the mud could engulf your whole body. There was a 'supposed' company ownership change before the years end in 2014 and then an abrupt announcement about orders placed for shipment within the U.S. after 12/31/14 would not be honored. Marketing scheme??? You bet, and it worked.....for them! They pulled in T-H-O-U-S-E-N-D-S of dollars PER DAY! For numb nut folks (like me!) to place a 'quick years end order' before the deadline. Here we are some 5 months later and a credit card bill to boot and? ......Nothing, Zip, Zero.
This is a S-H-A-M and my suggestion is to Cancel, Refute, Refund, and Dispute your credit card charges and PULL OUT of the sale, period.

This is a classic 'Scam'. "
