"Finally found an online store that shows a ton of really **** lingerie. Warning – the site is super **** so if you’re a nun, don’t even go there! I bought a dress for Vegas clubbing and a super **** suit for the Vegas day pool parties. I had a bunch of questions but fortunately there customer service was awesome. The girl there got everything out to me in time for my weekend party with my girlfriends. I will def being ordering a ton of clothes from them. Awesome company!

"Items they show, they don’t actually have. No indication for products being out of stock. They let you go ahead and order but then never let you know that they don’t actually have that item. So you’re just in limbo until you contact them. Then they tell you you can order something else. Tried 5 more item numbers only to find out they didn’t actually have any of those either. Yet proudly display them for sale on their site."
"I have bought from Wicked 3 or 4 times over the last few years and have always had a great experience. I don't know why anyone would leave a bad review unless they are competitors! All my orders shipped quickly and I have only had to exchange one top for sizing but that went quickly and smoothly. The customer service is great and their clothes are super ****. What's not to like? I will buy from them again and I highly recommend you do the same."
"Ordered around $400 USD ($600 CAD) beginning of January 2023. Received email stating about half of the order was available and could be shipped. They gave me the option to ship what they had and the rest later, or cancel entire order. I requested a complete order cancellation (because I needed all outfits for a trip) but they charged my credit card for the full amount. I did not received ANY of the order. Now they ignore my emails for a refund request and send reply’s exactly the same as other reviewers here. This company operates fraudulently and scams honest people out of their money. I am out a lot of money and paying interest on fraudulent charges. As of today March 20, 2023, I have emailed them threatening to file a fraud claim through my credit card company. "
"We ordered several bikinis in early August (because of uneventful orders we made several years ago). No email to acknowledge anything, no news at all about our order. After two weeks, email sent (no phone number exists), no answer. AFTER TWO MONTHS, nasty email sent, threatening BBB and everything....FINALLY get an answer: "not in our inventory, no idea when they may come in". We asked to CANCEL the transaction, to which they replied "no problem, allow 2-8 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card". Of course, nothing after two weeks...New email: "sorry for the delay, we will reach out to the accounting department to find out about your refund status". It has now been a month, still no reimbursement. BUFFOONS, JOKERS, AVOID this scam company!!"
"I've ordered from Wicked Temptations several times and have always had a great experience. Although Ive only had to contact their customer service once, they were really helpful and really nice. They carry a lot of different clothing lines but I think the best things are the ones they design. Plus, when you order one of their own designs they usually ship the same day or within a day. Anyway, I really like them and plan to shop their again."

"2.5 months later and still waiting for the last item. They finally shipped it and it’s been 10 days and it still hasn’t arrived. I’d be okay if this was a one off. But this is the third time I’ve given them a chance and each time is a worse experience. Everything is always out of stock but you don’t know this until you try and figure out why nothing has shipped. Then when it finally ships it always takes forever. Poor communication on their part as well. "
"I ordered on 8/23/21, it is now 9/22, and I still don't have anything. They charged me an extra $7.95 for expedited shipping, and still nothing. I've contacted Customer Service three times. The First time the 'Order was Delayed,' the second time no response, and the third time, miraculously, 'my order was shipped on 9/20'. Well, it is now 9/22/21, and the package hasn't even left their warehouse in LA.
So for the record, all the trolls here who have said that they shipped fast, must either have been paid or employees. This company is a joke.

"I placed an order with Wicked Temptations on February 4th. Order # ***-***-****. I paid an additional $7.95 for priority shipping. While I was promptly charged the amount of my order on February 4th I was told today by customer service that I would not receive my order until February 16th. In fact it wasn't going to be shipped until today! It took Wicked Temptations 9 days to pick, pack and process my order. I never received an email confirmation of my order. I did send an email to Wicked Temptations customer service but received no reply! When I finally spoke to someone in customer service all I was told that they were sorry! I replied that you only get one chance to make a good first impression and that Wicked Temptations failed miserably!"
"You would think that upon ordering you’d expect within a few days to ship. After waiting a week I decided to reach out. Your order shipped this morning you’ll get a tracking number. This is after a week 3 days later it’s still waiting for a shipping label 10days in all still on the move. There are plenty of sites that sell the same stuff. Next time will prob reach out to them. "
"I have placed several orders with Wicked Temptations over the years and have always had great experiences. Their own line is really **** and good quality. The shipping has always been pretty fast. Sometimes I will call to ask questions or make changes in my order and the people who answer the phones are really knowledgeable and helpful. I can't really say anything bad about the company and I keep coming back to buy so I guess that says it all. Oh, and, they have site wide or mini sales all the time so prices are good."
"I ordered 8-10 items from this vendor, two months after, just 3 arrived. I had to e-mail them several times to have an explanation. They say the remaining items were out of stock. Fearing losing my money (They say no refunds), I reordered other items. Three months later.... nothing. I had to send some angry emails to have my money back. Then I found a Chinese on-line store with most of those same items at one fifth the price.... they arrived in 2 weeks!"

Only international shipping is very expensive. That's why only 4 stars."
