"Placed an order on 7/30 and my card was charged the same day. The order was never sent. I waited three weeks and in that time I sent 3 emails and never got a response. I also tried to call about 6 times but always got a machine with a "mailbox full" message so I could never leave a message. I finally sent a certified letter which was absolutely received but never got a response to that, either. The shop owner or staff never once tried to contact me, never once responded, or send out order. You can't tell me that this was the result of an oversight or medical emergency; this guy was definitely avoiding me intentionally. Finally had to call CC company to get charge reversed. This **** is a liar, a scammer, and should be avoided at all costs."

"I placed an online order Aug 6 2013 for some replacement wickie pipe screens.After a few days I never got the tracking shipment email notice .....I emailed them regarding the shipping status and no answer.I called and spoked to a person named mike and he explained that the item was on backorder and would ship the following friday and would next day air shipment for my trouble.A week later still no package and my order status on the wickie pipe still shows in process. A few weeks later and no response to my emails.
Fed up with the poor customer service and still no product or refund I contact my credit card company and file a dispute .Now after nearly 30 days since I placed my order this wickie pipe person calls me on phone and wonders why I filed a dispute...seems he can't understand why I'm upset and gives nothing but excuses about it's not his fault and they can't update their website to show when a item is not in stock & on backorder.Then he has the nerve to say that they can't refund my credit card and if I want a refund I'd have to settle for check or money order......."
