"I ordered rubber stoppers. They were shipped in a FLAT priority mail envelope. The stoppers easily ripper open the envelope and must have fallen out. I received only an invoice. I call customer service. They are sending them again. I asked repeatedly for them not to ship them in a FLAT envelope. They said they did this all the time without any problem. I asked them to at least used a padded envelope. Who knows if I will receive my product"

Since I needed differing sizes of "screw thread protectors" (subset of "caplugs", for the more hardware astute), I decided to order directly from their site. Price and selection was much better than my favorite local hardware store, and both the ordering and PayPal checkout process went very smoothly; within the same week of ordering, I had the well-packed shipment at my mailbox!
