"I ordered a pair of Wharfedale Evo 20 Speakers on October 8. Process was simple, merchandise was as advertised and was delivered quite promptly; the order arrived on the 15th, which is pretty good for an 80 pound box. The only minor glitch was that the notice of shipment did not include a tracking number. However, I used their "contact us" option in their Support section and received a tracking number in a few hours. Overall a very good experience; some of the older ratings suggest they had problems several years ago, but now they seem to be a well organized and honest etailer. I would order from them again."

"These guys aren't dishonest (at least I don't think so); they're just incompetent. Sent the wrong item and have taken forever to get me the right one - to their credit, they did admit their error and paid the return shipping. One would think, though, that a shop that represents itself to be a small, family operation would not take almost a week to ship the correct item after receiving the incorrect item back - and I still haven't received it five days after they said they shipped it (even though it took only two days for the package I sent them to arrive). Order process ok, relatively quick confirmation. Items were indicated as "in stock." However, they didn't ship for 3 weeks. They did not charge my credit card until the items shipped so I have to give them an ethical bonus point. Plus, I wasn't in a rush to get these so it was not an issue with me (I'll just be aware that "in stock" doesn't necessarilly mean what it says). Note: they also called me once or twice (can't remember) to let me know when they would ship.
Upon arrival (relatively quick), I noticed that my rear speakers were not white as in my order, but matched the remaining speakers (maple). I chose not to contact them for exchange (the Maple would have been my second choice) so I can't comment on their customer service. The speakers work/sound excellent based on my limited experience.
I will probably order from them in the future, but I will emphasize/verify my color selection and not rely on their availablity link on their web page to give me accurate information. With these caveats in mind, I would still recommend them."
