"We ordered a playground for our public beach with a contracted arrival date of 1-3 weeks. 3 weeks later, we received an email stating it would be at least 10 weeks until it arrived. At first, Gail (from WG) said this was due the color we ordered. After following up and requested to swap colors, she then stated it was actually issues with their new distributor, but failed to inform us that they switched distributors at the time of ordering. Regardless, we are still trying to follow up with their head of sales, given that this playground was purchased with grant funds and has legal stipulations on when it must be installed. If need be, we will get our County's legal team involved. Unless this is resolved, we do not recommend doing business with them and will also be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau."
