"I have immediatlly returned an order because of the size after I received my packege, but didnt get my refund after 10 business days of the arrive(I have checked my return package number to make sure the return pakace has been received by the wilsonsleather), so I called customer service, 3 times, and everytime they said I will get full price of items refund within two business days, but I never received the my refund. I am so disappointed about their return service."
"I ordered 2 items at the same time at the beginning of March. Additionally, I had to pay shipping charges with that order Within the hour, I received a confirmation email. The next day, without the option to me to wait for back order, one of the items was cancelled. Since this involved shipping charges, I would have cancelled the entire order since I only ordered that second item which was "meh" but I was paying shipping charges anyway so I included it. By the way, the item cancelled was in stock, 3 days later. I complained and told the customer service rep that I used up a rewards promo earned on a previous very large Christmas Order. Additionally, the remainder was paid for with a debit card that could not be refilled and had an expiration date. I was promised the balance owed in a check and I would not be charged shipping on re-ordering the "partially cancelled, without my option to cancel the entire order". I demanded a check since I told the rep I probably am not interested in purchasing from Wilson's again since I cannot trust the company. It is now May. And 6 (SIX) follow-up calls later, no check, no promised email on status (from one customer rep) . Every time I call, they claim to reach a Manager and then they tell me, it is because they could not confirm my "send to" address. You mean, the same address they were so willing to mail the other past 2 orders to? Every time--it is to confirm my address to send the check to. That line of malarkey is wearing thin. WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!"
"This is by far the absolute worst place that I've ever ordered anything from. I ordered a leather jacket for my wife, they took the money out my account as soon as I made the purchase, that I understand but my wife got the jacket and it didn't fit. No problem, I returned it on a Monday, they got it back on that Wednesday. I called them and was informed that it takes 10 to 14 business days for the return to be processed, plus 3 to 5 business days for my money to be returned to my account. So I'm looking at roughly 20 whole business days, not including weekends to get my money back to even make an attempt to try and purchase another jacket for my wife!! Oh by way, that's roughly a month, UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLE!!! Don't purchase nothing online from Wilson Leather unless you know that you'll never have to return it. "

When I called to see when can I expect to receive my order and they said the order# is not theirs and the order did not go through. I ordered it again the same thing. "I went to the WIlson's outlet at the Foxwood's casino in CT. I thought I was buying a real leather jacket as it was mixed in with leather jackets, looks like a leather jacket and the sale rep tried selling me leather protection spray and gave me a big speech about how to care for leather. Well come to find out after looking at the label its not real leather. I should have double checked the label but geez when you are in a store called "Wilson's Leather" and the sale associate is trying to sell you leather products for your new "leather" coat you think you are getting a leather coat. I see why so many call this place "Wilson's Pleather" as I have come to find out.
Not only that but I bought of one their Andrew Marc bags and after one day of use already its starting to peal and has a sticky substance on it, it is as if the bag is melting, Now I am just waiting for this fake coat to fall apart next.
I usually stick with high quality goods but had a lapse of judgement and shopped at this crap store which was a mistake. Sure you may save a few bucks but for now on I am sticking to quality, even if that means paying more."

I tried customer service, then took it back to the store at Assembly Row in Somerville MA. Nothing. Absolutely no attempt to take any responsibility for sale of this clearly defective product.
When I compared the zipper in my new jacket to one I bought 15 years ago from Wilsons, the problem is obvious. They switched from the robust YKK zippers to some cheap Chinese knockoff.
It's a shame that they built an otherwise solid coat, then cut corners with a lousy zipper.
And shame on them for such lousy customer service. I'll never buy there again. And neither should you.
