"I placed an order, received confirmation and expect to receive the product. They call and say sorry we ran out of what you ordered. WORST customer service ever! DO NOT order from this company."

UNPROFESSIONAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE

"A shipment was sent to me in Canada. No date was provided. I missed the shipment and it was automatically returned to their company without giving me a chance to pick it up.

Once that occurred, they reimbursed me only a part of the order because they charged me for the shipping costs. That was approximately $60.

I lost that money for no fault of my own for a package that came to my home at an unexpected day during work hours. I ended up empty handed and on top of that lost money in the process. When I contacted them to follow up, I was ignored.

Do NOT do business with this company.

"I ordered glow necklaces for a 10 year class reunion. Windy City Novelties shipped them to me quickly, and the necklaces were a huge hit. Highly recommend the product for a class reunion to add extra fun, and I recommend this company! "

"DO NOT BUY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered an $8 item and paid $13.49 for it to arrive in 2 business days and it still had not arrived by the 8th day!! As I have not received the item as of this writing I will let you know the quality of it when i do...what a dissappointment."

"Worst possible customer service. Received damaged item - no packing slip. Initially no reply from customer service. Told I either had to send a picture, or return at my cost - for their damaged item. No ability to send pic - no money to return at my cost. Phone folks rude beyond belief. Cost over $100 of my time - for NO SERVICE from them - DON'T order from there!!!"

"I was very disappointed in this transaction. I agreed to the outrageous s/h charge of $13 for under 1 lb. of merchandise because I was excited to find the item I wanted. It didn't work when it arrived. The company offered to replace it IF I WOULD PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. This was a $5.40 item that I had already paid an outrageous shipping fee on. Shipping would have cost me about what the item total was. Nice lady on the other end of the phone, but extremely lousy customer service policies by the company."

"I ordered two sets of light up leis one set 4 out of 12 only worked. The other 1 did not work. I contacted the company and was told to ship them back for replacement. I asked if they were going to pay for shipping and was told no they were a wholesale company and do not do that. I can not understand why a company would ship defective items and not make good on replacing them. The cost of shipping would then be more than the actual items and it is terrible. I will not be buying again from Windy City."
