When I phoned, the man that answered was close to rude informing me that they did not guarantee a shipping date when I ordered. Very, very poor service from this website. "

I stumbled upon this website while searching for Guy Degrenne products, their prices were reasonably lower then others, as soon as I placed the order I was emailed order information, shortly after that, I was emailed a FedEx tracking #.
Then I emailed them because I wanted to make sure they got the address right, they replied to me within a few minutes...

I received my order 3 days later (from Canada to NYC).
