"Despite the fact they sell some very good wines at reasonable prices, they can't seem to get delivery right and their customer service is virtually non-existent. If you don't have anything else to do and don't mind not knowing when your wine may arrive, go for it. But if your expectation is to receive your wines on the promised delivery date, then forget this outfit and go with a more reliable vendor."

"Promised a shipping date and received another shipping notice that missed the promised date and I received another shipping notice that corrected the first notice and the wine will be delivered Five days later and the shipment will sit in a warehouse somewhere due to the weekend. There are too many excellent companies that meet their stated dates and make certain that the wines are delivered in as short a time as possible."
"My experience is that of all the other poor reviews of “holding for weather” and “not having wine” plus “moving the warehouse” rolled into one. In Sept 2017 I placed an order for two bottles of sauterne. Over the fall and winter I’d receive periodic updates saying that they had not received the wine, then that the weather was uncooperative. In late Feb they sent a note telling me to be at home to receive the wine. Adult signature and all that. Having made arrangements to be at home on a working day I learned that the shipment never left the warehouse. I was displeased. I contacted the CEO, Benoit Vialle, who apologized and promised to get it right. But they didn’t get the second try right either. Another day wasted.
