"Buyer Beware. I purchased a monitor and they sent a less expensive model, not the one I purchased. I immediately called and spoke with the manager. First, he asked me if I could keep the monitor he sent, which is not what I ordered, I told him no, I want the monitor I paid for. He told me to ship back the monitor and he will credit me for the shipping charges and reship correct monitor. After I shipped the item back to the company via UPS, the business was closed for 3 attempted deliveries per UPS. Also, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at the company or customer service number for two weeks. I will continue to follow up with the company to receive what I paid for. "

"Terrible experience. DVD burner arrived broken, because badly packaged in overtight bubblewrap. The store has a dreadful returns policy, full of restrictions and "customer pays" clauses. I wish I'd seen it before buying. Example: I must pay to ship it back. Example: 15% restocking fee. Example: I can only get this broken item "repaired" or "refunded (less 15%)", no replacement with new item.

"I ordered a hard drive as advertised from this company, and the website reflected that there were several in stock. They canceled my order and said that they were out of stock. When I told them that I would be willing to wait for them to replenish their inventory and then they could send me one, they said that they would not honor the original price that we agreed on. They said that they can't keep up with inventory during non-business hours; I don't think this is the truth, but if it is my suggestion would be to not sell things on the internet during non-business hours if you have no means of keeping up with it. The support staff is very rude and said things to me like "I don't have time for this", and other unacceptable things. I am very displeased with this company and will never try to buy from them again... no matter how good the deal seems."
