"This store is AMAZING! They helped me find my perfect, uniquely me, Disney princess dress on my first fitting. All the ladies were very friendly and helpful. No one was pushy, and they were very understanding of my more modest budget. They made sure that I didn't try on dresses outside of my budget which helped take a lot of pressure off and gave me the opportunity to just enjoy myself. The fitting was so much fun! "I initially came to the appointment very unenthusiastic about the entire ordeal. I did not expect to find a dress at all. However, my frosty mood turned around once I arrived and met my consultant Lindsey. Lindsey made my experience absolutely wonderful. She had some of my dresses pulled that I added to my closet online, and even pulled some dresses she thought I may like as well. I ultimately found my dress on a mannequin that wasn't the style or type I wanted in the first place. I enjoyed my champagne and having Lindsey ooh and ahhh right along with my family. Lindsey turned my entire mood around in 5 minutes flat. I'm appreciative to her for that. "

"I'm not a girly girl, and I'm not the kind of person who splurges on something like a wedding dress that you only wear for one day. I came into Winnie Couture after trying on several gowns at another shop in Charlotte and walked out not really loving anything I tried on. I'm a year and 5 months out from my wedding so I didn't expect to even get close to buying a dress the day I went in - just wanted the experience with my Mom and to get some ideas flowing since I only had a vague idea of what I was going for.
I tried on all kinds of dresses with Lindsay (she's awesome BTW), over the course of a couple hours on a Sunday. YES, they're open on Sundays - hallelujah! I had this idea of a form fitting dress and loved so many of the dresses I tried on. Then I saw another bride-to-be across the room find a her dress and she looked so incredibly beautiful! The style she tried on was the opposite of what I had in mind for myself, but I decided to try something similar just so I would know for sure that I could rule it out in my mind. I tried on their Elianna dress and felt COMPLETELY different in it! It was fun and flowy and lacy and incredibly unique. Lindsay really helped me focus on how I FELT in the dress and even let me try on a couple others again that I said I liked just for comparison. She helped me with pictures and really took her time with me.
All the girls working at Winnie that night really help you make an experience out of finding your perfect gown and lucky for me it only took a few hours!! The dress is worth every penny and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day! Again I'm not a girly girl so I couldn't really picture myself on my wedding day and wasn't that excited about how I would look and feel in my dress. Now I'm unbelievably excited and have a clear vision to help with the rest of my planning! Highly recommend this store to anyone!"

"AMAZING experience!!! I had previously been to 5 other bridal shops in search of my wedding gown, and no one had service quite like at Winnie Couture. I loved the one on one attention I received here (as opposed to every other shop where they released you into a warehouse of 500 dresses and said 'Good Luck!'). I had a stylist (Lindsay, she's the best!!), walk with me throughout the whole process, assessing my needs and suggesting options based on my tastes. She was incredible, she knew her inventory like that back of her hand. She knew exactly what would look good on my body type and skin tone. It took all of ten minutes to pick out the dresses to try on.
I LOVED that I didn't have to lift a single finger the entire time I was there. My dresses were taken to the dressing rooms for me, I was helped in and out of each dress (by which I mean I basically stripped down and they but the gown on me), and they even put my accessories on me. I felt like a Barbie doll. I'm sure my experience was a bit unique in this regard, but every single dress fit me perfectly (I'm a size 10). It was really disheartening everywhere else I went where they only carried the most beautiful dresses in a size 2. The wonderful ladies at Winnie Couture praised my hourglass figure and helped me to feel sexy and confident throughout the whole process. I actually walked out of there at the end of the day feeling more comfortable in my own skin. Now THAT'S customer service!!!
My dress is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! It was a lot more than I wanted to pay and I had no intention of buying a dress that day, but I'd do it all again in a heartbeat. I am completely satisfied with my experience. When it was all said and done, and I found my dress, the girls there popped a bottle of champagne and we celebrated. I would 100% recommend Winnie Couture to any bride. I would give 6 stars if I could!!"
