"I am very happy with the people of WireCare. I have placed 6+ orders in the past 6-8 months and every order was shipped within 1-2 days max. I worked with 3 or 4 other companies selling some of the same products before finding WireCare and left each one because of poor employee attitudes -- no concept of what customer service really is and too often made me feel that I was disturbing more important work. But not at WireCare. Good prices, great service and friendly people... doing business with them is an enjoyable and (sad to say), unusual experience in today's business world."

"We operate in Australia.
With the exchange rate as it is, it is sensible for us to source product out of the Sates.
I found Wirecare, on three separate occasions, to be efficient and personal.
If you have any issues, I am surprised......
I have used the online shrink printing service and that is already getting some great comments here when fitted to our end product.
We maybe pay through the nose here generally, but I have found the Wirecare pricing reasonable, especially when coupled with the good service.... 4 days to Australia ! Unheard of.!

"I'm not sure why anyone would rate these people anything other than completely apathetic.

I ordered some simple cable accessories on the above date. When it did not ship within a weeks time, I sent an email to see if there was a problem. No response whatsoever. The order finally did ship several days later, and I received a partial order with no explanation as to where the missing item was. Several follow up emails have still not gotten any response, nor have I received the missing item.

Initially, there was a tracking number for the missing item in my order history (funny thing, since it hadn't been shipped at all), and recently, the entry was changed to "Tracking # Not Available." I'm sure they figure I won't bother to harass them over a few dollars worth of product, so they just ignore me and hope I'll go away.

Well, it worked. I will never order anything from wirecare.com again.
