"After placing an order, our project changed and I needed to cancel the order. Thankfully they didn’t start cutting our order yet, and cancelled it right away. The staff was super friendly! I was able to place my new order that day. Great prices!
This is where my good experience ended. At first, I only received one shipping email which was only 1 of 5 items, never received shipping/tracking info for the rest of my order and then it showed up unexpectedly. The shipment was set to the side until we were going to start the project the following week. A few days later, I received a call from someone on a Sunday afternoon, I could barely make out what he was trying to say because he seemed so scatter brained and not focused. Eventually I understood that they had shipped the wrong products, and just caught it. They wanted to have a courier pickup the wrong items and would ship the correct order. I was told that I would be contacted on Monday to correct the discrepancy. In mid afternoon on Monday, I received a call about arranging for the return of the incorrect items, and they expected to have it picked up within the next hour and a half! I wasn’t even at home to arrange for this, so we scheduled the pickup for the following day - Tuesday. Well, it’s Wednesday no one has come to pickup the items, and I had to call to find out what is going on. After 8 minutes on the phone, I still don’t know when they expect the items to be picked up. This is worse than waiting for a cable company! "
