"This will be the third time now. So I guess it would be more of my own fault. I have ordered wire they have taken payment and that is the last I hear of anything. I get no shipment notice or tracking number email until I actually call the office usually about a week later when I still haven't received anything. Last two times everything was resolved and I ended up receiving my wire a few days later. One of the times was because they didn't have the wire in stock but managed to send it from somewhere else to me. However though this time we are coming up to 2 weeks now. I did not receive a shipment email or a tracking number. So yet again I called and I spoke some lady who then informed me that the order had shipped at some point in time she couldn't tell me when. She also sent me my tracking number through email which is a non working tracking number. She come to find that out. But she sent it to me anyways just in case it happened to start working or start tracking at some point in time. I then asked for a refund for multiple rolls of wire that I purchased and I was told no because the order has shipped. But yet she cannot prove to me that the older did ship because she doesn't even have a valid shipment tracking number. So now it puts me in a bit of a bind running my business which I require a lot on that wire and I am out the money I spent for the rolls of wire. Who knows maybe one day it'll show up. But there are too many wire companies out there for me to continuously put up with this. I'm not saying that they are bad people I am simply saying that I have continuously had problems. You get what you pay for I guess."
