"sent my ps3 to them two different times,after getting it back the first time(which took 7 weeks) it only lasted about six weeks,sent it back and was told it would be a week.Over a month later it still wasn't repaired but was told multiple times over the phone it would be shipping out tomorrow,I was lied to at least three times.I finally received it and the case was broken,I emailed the owner back and forth,first he told me it MAY have been because it wasn't packed well by me and got damaged in transit.After I sent a response he said it WAS broken when they received it.funny thing is I wasn't notified and the condition on my online account said "minor scratches on case".If it was damaged in transit I should have been notified but I don't believe that.very unprofessional,terrible customer service,terrible turnaround time,shady business practices.It was the worst dealings I've ever had with a company"
