"When I received the phone I found that it is not exactly what I thought I was going to get. My fault for not reading close enough, I am sure. When I called about it, the Rep. was far from being helpful or kind. She indeed told me that it was my fault for not picking what I really wanted, that she could not do anything about it because it is going through a prepaid plan! Excuse me, but what the dickens does that have anything to do with that???? So I am stuck with a phone I hate. I will never buy another phone through you guys again, JUST over the attitude of that Rep!!!"

"I bought the galaxy note 3 for sprint, which was cheaper then the one sprint was selling, because of this and the high demand for this phone my order was back ordered. When I first heard of this I assumed this would take week's, even though it felt like it, my phone was shipped out on Oct 8. On top of that I had free shipping which would take longer than the one for $17. I'm not sure it's because the phone was back oordered but I did get my phone in two days, which was great and unexpected. Nevertheless, the price I paid for and all offers were kept on my order unlike others that might charge for any price changes or if a offer ended. On top of that they had my phone set up or it was always set up so it would be really easy to activate my phone which only took five minutes. In addition to that my phone was protected by the way it was shipped, they even put fragile on the box to make sure there were no problems during shipping, which shows even more care for a customer's order, let alone alone understanding that this is not a cheap phone and breaking it would be beyond upsetting. This is not the first time I ordered a phone from this site but there seemed to be more care when handling my order, bot saying there wasn't before, but if there was an issue the highest priority was to get it done but get it done right. Nevertheless if needed I will buy another phone from this site again."

The only complaint was that I was not informed that they were out of stock until after completing the order. They did only take a day to get it back in and ship but it would have been nice to know there was a stock issue and may have been some delay before processing the order.
