"So, we are not off to a good start. After receiving my confirmation, I noticed my address was incorrect. I contacted them and they had to re-send the phone and call back the other from FedEX instead of redirecting it to the correct town. Now, I have to sign for the phone to receive it. Since I work for a living I can see I will have to go to FedEX to pick it up and it will take much longer than the shipping I paid for, because of their mistake.

"Wirefly is full of negative surprises and I will be sending my no contract phone back as soon as it arrives for a refund and for anyone out there buying a no contract phone; do not open the box if you think you might return it. You open it and you own it! The 14 day return policy no longer applies. They also keep talking about my contract and penalties if I change it???? What! I called them and they assured me there is no contract no problem. Then I get another email talking about contract penalties. Worst of all I have plenty of time to read all of their emails because they sent the phone via FedEx Smart Post. FedEx Smart post for those of you who do not know is where the give the package to FedEx and FedEx the delivers it to your local post office. Then your post office delivers it to you. This means that instead of taking 3 or 4 days to get your phone it will take 10 or 12 business days to receive it! The whole purchase just seems shady and the overseas low quality customer phone support does not reassure me."
