When I had to call because my order screen had locked up, the representative totally took care of it within a few minutes telling me that there was a problem but it wasn't my computer. They were out of the Nexus 5's I ordered and had no idea exactly when they would be restocked(love it when people just tell me the truth!) but my card would not be charged until they ship. That made it better for me as I didn't want to deal with my card company too.

When they did get them, they sent them 2 day shipping and not the standard 3-5 day I got for free! Only due to one of the worst storms in history was it a day late. Couldn't have asked for more from the customer service department that wasn't already offered!

I originally found it on Verizon’s site so I checked it out at Wirefly and the price was even cheaper. "I am sorry to say that my experience with wirefly was not so good. I received my phone however it does not work and had to return it. the terms of return and replacement were unacceptable. Return it and wait three weeks for a new one??? What do I do in the meantime (I now have no phone) OR pay a 400.00 fee to have a new one expedited to me. I only paid 50.00 for the phone in the first place. Then they took no responsibility to reactivate my old phone told me I had to call sprint direct. Have since returned the phone and now have to wait until they receive it in their warehouse before I can get a new phone because it looks like I used my upgrade when in fact I have not. This is very inconvenient and I am very unhappy with they way wirefly has handled this whole situation. Would NEVER use them again."
