"Te Bundle I purchased for my New Samsung Brightside phone cost $19.99, for the Cellphone Case, the Car charger, and a Pkg. of Wipes. The Case is like ones that I have purchased On-Line previously. It is a THIN Plastic case, with a thin rubber coating, which soon wears off due to usage/chemicals on your hands. After a short period of time, it appears to show heavy wear, and the thin Rubber Coating wears off, in particular in the areas of the case surrounding the screen and the keyboard. It is made of poor materials and I would not recommend it to anyone, mostly because I am telling the truth. As an Ordained Pastor, it is not my platform to lie or embelish the facts. When I went to my Verizon Store upon the arrival of the Cellphone and Bundle Pkg. this past Friday, I immediately purchased an ACTUAL Rubber Case, like the one I had purchased for my previous cellphone, my LG Cosmos 2. That case still looks like Brand New, is durable, and safely protected my phone for it's 2+years of use. The new phone RUBBER Case which I purchased from Verizon this past Friday will provide for the Safety and adequate protection of my New Samsung Brightside for it's years of use. I wouldn't even give the Bundle Case to anyone, because then I would feel responsible for any damage that might occur too their phone upon it's use. Definately not a recommended purchase!! I am certain that the Car Charger will work fine. The wipes that came in the bundle will come in handy, although I already had purchased a polishing Cloth, which can be laundered, for cleaning purposes. I would rather have seen a screen protector included in the Bundle Pkg. In all honesty, I will use the Car Charger, which if ordered through Verizon, would have cost me $35.00 by itself, so I am really not out any money. I still would not have ordered this bundle had I known of the POOR quality of the case, in particular because i did speak to a representative, Benjamin, in the Phillipines, about the quality of the case prior to making the purchase. He had assurred me that the case would be quality RUBBER, and substantial. NOT SO!!!! Duped? Maybe. He certainly was by no means aware about the quality of the product, and I doubt if he has ever seen one. Thank-you again for using sales reps from foreign countries, instead of employing Someone from the Good 'OLE USA, even if the labor is cheaper there. Their lact of knowledge once again affirms that we here in the US need to shop at home, if we expect knowledgable service. Need I write More? Maybe it might be helpful if I did write a review on my FaceBook Account. I doubt most individuals would argue with my viewpoint!
Having said ALL of this, the Samsung Brightside Cellphone was FREE through Wirefly, as opposed to the $79.99 upgrade price for the same phone at Verizon. This WAS a GREAT Purchase and a significant deal. Once again, F-R-E-E!!!, except for Verizon's $30.00 Upgrade fee which they charge no matter where the cellphone was purchased. This was definately not Wirefly's issue. I received a GREAT phone at NO COST. The Bundle is a questionable concern, due to the extremely POOR quality of the Cellphone Case. Sorry, as I do in no way intend to be rude or disrespectful. You folks asked me for this review, and at 62 years of age, I want to be honest and NOT misleading.

I read some reviews, stating that their return policy was shady, and that it would be hard to return the product without being charged for it. I did get a refund, but only after a BBB compliant was filed.
They are not BBB acredited which shoould be a RED FLAG and have over 610 complaints filed against them!
***UPDATE 1*** Now Wirefly, who canceled my order refuses to refund my money, every time I talk to them it's something else. Yesterday it was because my order was escalated, today it's because they need my banks fax number. again please save yourselves headaches and DON'T buy from them. It is sad this is now turning into a BBB issues. I mean how hard is it really to refund someone?
Let me help you guys out... DO NOT ORDER FROM WIREFLY!!! I am sure when there is no issues everything is smooth, but mistakes happen and it is in customer service where Wirefly is way underpar! I placed an order on 3/18/13 and later that night I received an email saying I needed to contact them to provide additional information. Today I logged in to the site and was giving the option for live chat. the gentleman I talked to explained to me I used a different billing address and shipping address so they couldn't process my order. I was a little baffled considering this was a gift and it made sense to send it to my work. I explained we just moved and asked what I needed to do, he told me to update the address on the card and we would have no problems. Called the bank changed the address, verified it was changed and logged back in to wirefly. Wirefly still refused to send me my product and said they only address they would send it to was my old address. After I explained to this guy it made no sense to send it my old address as I don't live there his answer was to update my public record. He advised me to replace my order 60 days after I updated my address with the credit card company and "public record" What on earth does that even mean? I double checked with the credit card company and my new address was in effect and there was nothing I needed to do, nor was there a 60 day wait for their sytem to update and I should have no problem ordering products online. Still confused as to why I can't order with wirefly. The 100.00 I was going to save was def not worth the hassle i put up with."
