When you buy from another provider, be sure to CANCEL your insurance, if you can find them. I finally realized that you had to call Wirefly. They ripped me off for more than six months of charges. I had to go through my credit card provider to find them. "

"This was an easy much faster experience to order two Q10s and transfer our service from Sprint to Verizon. Delivery was fast as was the transfer of contacts etc to the new phones. "Terrible. I received a phone that did not work. These kind of things happen- it is the support and reaction by the company that determines whether the company is good or not.
1. Website had no help- no link to problems with your order at customer support.
2. There was no link or contact number for the IT please "24/ 7" support.
3. The customer support phone number had no option regarding technical difficulties with the phone.
4. The customer support technician was accusatory that I had done something wrong, or the cell phone service provider instead of helping fix Wirefly's deficient product.
5. I am now hostage waiting for them to receive the product and send my refund. In the mean time I cannot get another phone so I am left with nothing.
