"Horrible service. I chose this company because they were located in California and I assumed the delivery would be faster since I was in CA. However, they ordered from a wholesaler in Texas, lost my order TWICE and even after two weeks of it NOT being shipped, Teresa the customer service gave me attitude when I called to follow up on the order. "I order two splash guards that are described as "stable, installs quickly and easily on to any standard home toilet seat". This item does not snap on at all! Called customer service, Tracy ext 103, she said that she would resolve this issue of the defective product. After a month, I have never heard anything from them. I have not received replacements for the defective product that they sent me. Although this hygienge product is non refundable, apparently they are using this as a crutch and as an excuse to not correct a defective product. At $50 each, I would not recommend the soft flex splash guard or WisdomKing.com. Bad product, bad customer service! UPDATE: 07/13/2010 - after this bad review and a second phone call to WisdomKing.com's Tracy, I received a call on 07/08/10 from LeAnn (ext 102) who apologized for the delay and told me that I would receive a credit in 7 to 10 days. UPDATE: 08/08/2010 No refund received, so I called back LeAnn (ext 102) and left her a message. Emailed Customer Service also. UPDATE: 08/12/2010 No call back from LeAnn, no refund. UPDATE: 08/13/2010: received response to my email that Leeann was out on medical leave and Taraisa would try to help me resolve my refund issue. 08/16/2010: refund received for product amount and not shipping. Too bad the product defect could not be resolved, but at least I'm not out $100 for product that does not work as described. "

"After four months, I had a defect problem with a product purchased from Wisdom King. I notified customer service at Wisdom King and the manufacturer, Samson Preston, because the warranty was only for three months. The manufacturer did not even want to acknowledge the problem and suggested I deal with the online store. After speaking with Wisdom King's rep, LeeAnn, she said would not give up trying to help me resolve the problem.
After one month of going back and forth, the end result was the manufacturer sent a free replacement. I cannot say enough about Wisdom King's customer service department and my rep, LeeAnn. I would definitely shop their store site again!"
