"This site has three badges on their checkout page allegedly touting their authenticity and security, yet none of the badges have the required links to the third party entities they claim ate affiliated with them.
They have a badge saying that they take Amex and Discover. But after entering in my Amex then discover card inform, their site says they do not accept that type of card and ask me to try yet another card. This is after they have also collected my name address and tephone number, as well as email.
Site sends email the next day to me by Ashley suggesting I complete my purchase, which would require my to enter yet another credit card number. I reply with an explanation of my concerns and ask for Alphonse number of a person I can speak with. Ashley's response is that the don't have a phone. Mind you this is a company that claims to have had 90,000 purchases just this year. That many sales and they do not have a phone they can call customers or that customers can call? What credit card processor would do business with an ecommerse merchant who dies not to have a phone?
Lastly, when you are on the site, you get pop up messages saying "Jane Doe" purchased from them five minutes ago. Who wants their name being given out to random customers who visit the site as a tacit endorsement of the site?
This site has serious question marks about the way they operate.
1) collect credit card information for cards they claim they accept yet do not
2) have seals and badges of third party sites without the verification links
3) do not have a phone
4) randomly give out customers names to anyone visiting their site."
