"Ordered a "free" sample that cost $4 shipping. Was contacted by a representative next day of the order telling me that I could get special pricing if I called him. Seemed a little iffy but if the food was good and he could beat the web prices I would consider it. Stated package could take 2 weeks to receive the sample. Waited two weeks, nothing. Emailed the rep and auto response he was on vacation. Waited another week and emailed again. Rep returned email and said he didn't know what the problem was. I mentioned doing a charge back on my cc. We spoke on the phone soon after. He said the sample had left their warehouse two weeks before. When I asked for a tracking number, it showed it had been mailed three days prior to my phone call. He said another sample had been sent out and when I asked the tracking number it showed mailed the prior day. All in all would not trust them with an actual order. Food is not vacuum packed, only freeze dried. Not long term storage, not trustworthy as far as I am concerned. "
