"Wish never delivered the item for a veteran who passed away three months later. They keep saying that sometimes it takes two weeks longer. The family wanted a refund and contacted Wish, requesting an account for the refund. They opened the block so Wish could deposit the money. However, instead of depositing $180.00, they withdrew $180.00 but won't give the money back to the veteran's family. The family's debit card was also hacked. Furthermore, customer support blocked them. I tried to help them and continued to reach out to customer support, providing them with all the relevant information. Despite never having bought or ordered anything, I created an account to communicate with customer support. Having conversed online, I returned the next day. This is all recorded on my new account that I had opened, and the message was, please see the picture. User's recommendation: Should be shut down"

And what kind of online clothes store that charges $6 shipping PER ITEM doesn't allow free return shipping for exchanges? How are you supposed to know your size? THE SHIPPING FEES ARE OUTRAGEOUS, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN TO RETURN SHIP IT. They make it so it's not worth paying for, so you end up stuck with tacky clothes that don't fit right that you'll never wear, and even if I return it, I'm still out $8+! And why do many things say they're $3 or so, but when you press Buy and pick a size, then the price changes to $12 or $14?!?

After I did a negative review on Trustpiolt.com, I got a response from them telling me that they would refund me my money on February 14, 2021. It would take up to 14 days for the refund to reach my funding account. It is now 36 days, and no refund. Their website shows that they refunded me the money on February 14, 2014. That is a big lie!!!!!!!"

"I never received my order. My package was marked as delivered but I never received it. In 15years of my residence I never had a package stolen so I know it wasn't stolen. Wish is a scam. It's a gamble to receive your package and from what I've read it's a gamble to receive your package as ordered.

When you place an order you usually get a response almost immediately, and shortly there after you can see the item(s) in your Order History with an estimated delivery date.
If you watch the order page you will notice that the estimated delivery date will often change, pushing this date out by a week at a time. When I first found wish, I ordered MANY items individually, (over 75 items). After suspecting the dates started changing, I tracked these changes with an Excel Spreadsheet and confirmed the changes.
Once the delivery date stops changing, you have 30 days to contact customer service to try to get a resolution. If you go past that 30 days they tell you they can't help you.
FURTHERMORE, getting to customer service is not possible. EVERY response I have received has been from an Automated Assistant that has VERY LIMITED capabilities. Some responses come in email form and appear to be from a live person, but the text of these responses strike me as also being from an automated system.
Don't get me wrong, I am satisfied with most of the items I have ordered, but when there is an issue, the first line of the Automated system is to give you a refund. NOT always the resolution wanted, but again, the system is very limited as to its responses and resolution."
