"Ordered $26 of merchandise. For whatever reason, the address on the shipment was wrong. UPS lost the order. They didn't respond to any emails. $26 I'll never see again.
The main problem with this place is it's been over 10 years since e-commerce started happening, store front software is free and standardized, yet this place seems to have a minimal, custom order system. There is no confirmation of shipping addresses. They apparently refused to even have UPS "trace" the lost shipment."
