"I received a defective watch, then called them to replace but no one replied."
"I have ordered and done a payment through online, but not yet received the product.
Email also done, but didn't get any reply.
You need money, begg it don't cheat."
"Well I wouldn't call them a scam but they're close to it. At least I got my watch after a week an a half but it doesn't work and u can't get in contact with the company. what a shame!"
"I ordered a watch and received a confirmation email and nothing else. I have tried to contact them with no success"
"Like many others on this site, I ordered a watch to be delivered in three days.It has been two weeks and I still have not received the watch.I tried to reach the company by email and phoned many times but no one was ever available to take my call.My order is in limbo and I seem to have no recourse.I would strongly urge others not to deal with this horrible company."
"Ordered a watch on-line. After two days, no email confirmation and no payment taken from my account. I called them and all I got was recordings saying to leave a message. I sent an email cancelling my order, but don't expect to hear anything back. I'm pretty sure this will end up with me having to dispute the charge with my bank when it finally comes through.
They're called "Wonder Watch" because it's a wonder that they're still in business."
"I had a similar experience to several other people here. Ordered an Ebel watch two weeks ago. Received an auto-generated confirmation e-mail immediately and then that was it. No more communications. No responses to e-mails. No one answers the phone. No one returns voice mail messages. And, of course, no watch showed up, nor do I have any confidence it ever will. The company (individual would be my guess) is clearly not legitimate in any fashion. I'd suggest staying clear."
"I ordered a watch 2 months ago. My card was charged immediately but I never heard from them. No watch, no ship date, no reply."
"I ordered a Baume & Mercier watch from Wonderwatches and the authenticity certificate did not match the watch. The authenticity certificate belongs to a watch that they don't have listed on their website. Since they are not a authorized dealer, I began to doubt it's authenticity and requested a refund. I live a couple of minutes from their location in Brooklyn, NY. To save over $50 in shipping and insurance cost to return the watch, I asked if I can return it to them in person but they wouldn't allow it. And on top of that, I ordered the watch with free shipping. When I returned the watch they charged me an additional $15 shipping charge. I shouldn't have been penalized because they couldn't prove it's authenticity. I would never deal with them again. Shady Shady people."
"I am very happy with the quality of service received from Wonderwatches."
"I recently purchased a watch from this company. My order was processed and I received a confirmation email stating this. It has been eight days, and despite multiple email attempts and phone calls, (during business hours,) I have not been able to check the status of this order. No reply has been given to any email to their customer service, and no answer when I called.
Currently I can't even cancel my order, because no one will return any of my correspondence. I am very dissatisfied with this company, and I would recommend strongly that no one purchase anything from this site."
"Great site, easy to use, great prices and FREE shipping!"
"I was extremely sattisfied with the service that WonderWatches provided. Shipping was done real quick. They are extremely knowledgable with their watches that they sell. Prices are very competitive. I rocommend everyone to give them a try."
"I don't think they are honest business people because I still have not yet received the refund for the incorrect item they sent to me. They changed my order with a similar product with lower price cost without my consent and tried to convince me to accept the change without disclosing the price difference. I don’t know whether I should call this kind of trick as “cheating”.
I ordered a Omega lady watch small size, product#1272.75 for my wife on 2/24. But I received a mini size watch under product#1262.75. Before the shipment Barbara of WonderWatches.com called and tried to convince my wife to take it by saying these two watches are exactly same except the size. We refused firmly and told her we only want what we ordered. She agreed but later we still get an incorrect item. She hides an important fact that the incorrect item is about over two hundred dollars lower than what we ordered. We contacted them via mails for many times and return the watch in original condition (UPS tracking#:1Z8AT1943992015632). But half months has passed, we still have not got any credit back."
"i bought a beautiful nice EBEL watch, for a great price, rated #A1 costumer service, will deafeningly buy again thank you.
