I recently purchased the $1600 fireplace and they forgot to ship the door's, spark arrestor and log holder. I was out of town when it arrived and when I got back a week later, I called them and they said it was my fault because I didn't call with the week's time frame. They wanted to sell me the missing parts for $282 and the cost of shipping. Stay away from this company. Poor Customer Service
