"I ordered a new Gemeinhardt SP2 flute for a superb price. THis is my second order at a total close to $300 each. Indeed, the second order arrived much later than the first as I was told it would be when I called for the order. But both orders arrived complete and well packed (the first order was a viola).
The sales person knew the instruments well and was very helpful (especially with choice of accesories).
They have some delay problem due to some facilities move, but when I e-mailed them about my order they called me (yes, they called me) within an hour to let me know that my order was shipped.
I hope they worked out the delay issues, I would hate to lose one of the few online instruments supplier I can trust."
"TERRIBLE NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They never answer an email, they tell you it's in stock, it's not in stock, they say no shipping charge, then charge you, you return the item they say they have no record of it, etc. I'll never shop this store again."
"I placed an order for an "in stock" item on 8/15. The order status went to "Shipping" and eight days later after hearing nothing, I had to call them and wait on hold for half an hour. When I finally talked to someone they said the item had to be ordered from an alternate location and would ship in a couple MORE days. Finally, on 8/30 I received the item."
